Righteous Anger -1st Wave
From 9:47 – 10:58 a.m. PST
As the wave of light hit us this morning, all of our righteous anger and outrage came billowing up. It reminded me of sediment at the bottom of a lake getting stirred up. It’s like the wave of bright energy unearthed the feelings underneath. As this forceful energy came surging up from the bottom, I kept calling in the light to heal us.
As things began to clear, I could feel the divine love in our chest, throat, and all around us. It’s going to be a good wave day with lots of change. We are off to a strong start.
Righteous anger over injustice is important and needed because it propels us into action to solve situations for ourselves and others. But, staying in a revved state like that is detrimental to our health and our relationships. So, it’s good to dig up the rage and lift it up and out to make room for healing light. It’s time to reset. It’s the Wednesday Wave.
We ask the Angels to move in strongly around each of us today.
We ask that them to walk us through this day.
Remember who you are.
You are divine light.
Remember the feeling.

That was a Deep Dive! 2nd Wave

Omg! You guys are going deep today! Three-quarters of this wave was a plunge into the depths of healing, deep within ourselves. Let me know why! Why are many of you needing such a deep healing? We’ve had several waves like this before, but I’m pretty sure this is the 2nd Wednesday in a row where we’ve gone this deep. Tell me what’s up! By “deep,” I mean that some major healing is happening that needs time and focus to saturate it with light. It’s not a light, fun, dancing-around type of healing. It’s the deep dive.
In the last quarter of this wave, the light poured into us. We did our healing work to make room for the new energy. We started glowing in our chest and upper back. And energy began to run through our legs and feet to ground us.
Sometimes you have to sit long enough for the healing to happen. Thus the Wednesday Wave.
Often we sit to meditate, get discouraged, and get up. On Wednesdays, I meditate for us. I go back and back again to carry us into higher vibrations. Then, I go back a third time to take us even higher.
We have not reached our high yet today, so Angels, bring it on!
We’re ready!
We’ve done our prep work—our cleanup.
We are ready to soar.

Welcome Home- 3rd Wave!

We did it! We got so clear that then, more of our soul light came in?!! So, in my 27 years as a full time energy healer, when I see the glowing minty green light, like phosphorous in the ocean, that’s our soul light! Today, how did more of our soul light come in? I have no idea, but someone look into the astrology and tell me what’s supposed to be coming in a couple of days. I don’t follow astrology, but I’m always a few days ahead, so let me know!
So, this explains why the first two waves, and even the first part of this third one were such deep work. You have to move out the old shit to make room for your new self. Your new higher light is here. Welcome her home.
Think of your highest self like the angelic part of you. We have a lot of soul light. It gets dispersed somehow through lifetimes and in this lifetime. When something tragic happens, for example, there goes some of your soul. We disassociate and part of us drifts out. Or say, we get depressed. Your soul light can weaken and disperse. Transitioning between lifetimes, you can miss the window, the opening, the portal if you aren’t connected to Source—and there goes most, if not all, of your soul light. Or say you were so weak in spirit leaving one life to another, that you didn’t have enough light to bring into the next, so you showed up here weak. (Here = earth).
So welcome back. We welcome another part of you home. Will it be the last time this ever happens to you? Hopefully not. I’ve had more of my light return several times in my life. But when it does, it’s life changing. I suddenly heal from something scary. Or I rise up in my career. Or I begin to walk with extreme power across the earth, changing the energy wherever I go.
So, next chapter, here we come!
Let’s walk with power into this season.

We are the light.
We hold the power of the light.
