Friday Follow-Up Wave
This Wave ran from 9:36 – 10:33 a.m. PST
This Wave was lovely. We had so much goodness of light around us. For most of this Wave, I was giving thanks for all of the light, especially at the beginning and end of the hour. In the middle, I cleared little bits of irritation that flared up here and there in reaction to interactions with people’s personalities.
For example, when we have to tolerate our friends who can’t say a person’s name without going on a damaging gossip tangent about their whole history while we wait for them to get to the point. Or the anxious friends who snap at your joy because they are about to break. Or the depressed friends who drone on and on with their memorized daily self-sabotage, not hearing a thing you say in response. As much as we love our dear friends, we gather any entangled energy and lift it to float away into the clear blue sky. It is not ours to carry.
We are allowed to be the light.
We are allowed to be happy. We are allowed to float among people all day long spreading joy and light without stepping into their reality. We are allowed to say hello and keep walking past. Your light and your smile are enough. Your love is enough.
You do not have to merge with others’ energy. You do not have to get tangled in their energy patterns. You can hear their story and not take it on. You can listen and then talk about something you want to talk about. You can hear their pain and then go do something you want to do. You can interact with lots and lots of people and still be light and free.
We ask the Angels to help us to maintain our light.
We ask the Angels to help us move cleanly among people.
We ask that we continue to give joy and light everywhere we go.
We ask that people feel our love.
We ask that we know when to give and when to take.
We ask that we maintain our own life’s path.
