For Physical Healing

If you ever feel too weak to move your body, just sit or lie down as you imagine yourself dancing and exercising. This is how I get well so quickly when I’m bedridden for some reason or another. One time my legs flew up in the air and back down on the bed when I visualized that I was playing different sports. I got well soon after that because the energy shot through the body the same way it does if I were really skiing, skating, and throwing the softball.  

I remember in the beginning of the pandemic when so many people died from that first covid strain. I was clearing people twice a day for free. People were sending photos and names of people on ventilators daily. What I learned is that it didn’t matter how healthy or unhealthy their body was. The common thread in the people who got well was that they had energy shooting through their legs and pelvic floor. My routine for working on each person was the same for everyone: as soon as I cleared their congested chest energy, I drove energy down through their legs and pelvic floor. This leg energy felt like they were digging their heels into the ground with a will to fight and to live. I even saw this theme in a tiny old woman in a nursing home. Her grounding energy was so strong that she beat covid while others were dying around her. So be spunky. Be fiery. Kick and dance with those legs. Do a jig of joy. And if your joints and muscles can’t do it, close your eyes and picture that you can. 

At one point, in that third wave today, a blue light wave moved across a crowd of people. I wasn’t sure if the gathering was just us in the wave, or all of us reading the emails, or all of the people in our lives too. We all need it, because even when we are healthy, there is always a muscle to strengthen, an organ to cleanse, or fascia to stretch.
