Jump In Jump Out

There is a lot to be upset and worried about right now. Everyone is responding to different issues in their own way. Some happy people are raging behind closed doors to the point where you wouldn’t even recognize them if you saw them in their rant. Others are floating along like they don’t hear or see the news and they don’t want you to tell them about it either. Some use their spiritual practices and religions to explain away the atrocities so that it all makes sense in their minds. Some use predictions to sit smugly and knowingly as things fall apart—meanwhile drinking away the panic attacks in the evenings. Some use religious texts to justify violence. And some people welcome the mass chaos because they believe it is all part of an “ascension” plan. 

As far as ascension goes, I’ll believe they’ve let go of their “ego” and moved to a “higher level of consciousness” when I see it. I can read people’s energy and the only ones I see ascending are the people leaving the planet. I also don’t follow the teachings or guidance of ancient texts, astrology, and predictions. I like to find my own way, right here, right now. I do this by experiencing life and reacting to it myself. 

I understand the concept of non reaction, but I find these people to be too serious and boring. If you have rage, feel it. Get it out. Move it through. If you have shock, feel it, express it, and move it through. If you feel a surge of energy to speak out, do so. I believe in moving the energy so that it doesn’t build up in your body. Don’t be the quiet, nice person who suddenly explodes or erupts like a volcano. The more you express yourself, the easier it gets. The more you engage, the more viewpoints you encounter. The more you understand, the better you get at handling adverse situations. The quicker you can move the energy, the better. Think of a kid having a meltdown, and then they are fine two minutes later. As a healer, I process energy that quickly through my system. Whatever you do, don’t sit there in it.

If we get stuck in the heated emotions, raging hour after hour, then we become part of the problem. If we stay in that inflamed place, we have just joined the earth in its overheated state. Our job is to step in, step out. Step into the fire, step out to cool down and cool off. Your energy field should flow like rivers, fountains and whirlpools so that no energy gets stuck and back up the system.

The Wednesday Wave was created to wash us clean and reset us. It’s not to keep us from feeling or noticing what’s happening on earth. It’s to help us return to calm, joy, and love. We cannot stay in a state of fire. It will burn us up. Jump in, jump out. 

One of you told me recently that you were frustrated with yourself that you could not maintain the wonderful energy that you feel on Wednesdays. I don’t see this as your fault. If you look around the world at any moment, there is cause to drop to your knees wailing to the full moon, to God, to the Universe to please help us. The three waves of Light on Wednesday were created to bring you back into the flow. Don’t be ashamed of needing this outside help. 

I, myself, received unexpected light waves today. I was delighted when a new craniosacral practitioner I went to, rang a singing bowl over me at the end of the session. I took a walk afterward, to integrate the bodywork, only to find myself once again, washed in rings of vibrational tone as a woman played 7 glass singing bowls at the park. I feel like I’m all set for the Wednesday Wave now! I’m ready to pass on the calm and the peace that I received.

but do not let it boil inside of you. 

This Wednesday, 

we ask the Light to

wash us clean, 

cool us down, 

shower us with love,

and cleanse us.
