Who’s Ready for the Wednesday Wave?!
This weekend I thought a lot about balance as a way of life. I feel like we need to take some of our attention off of the cause of some of the situations we get ourselves into. Yes, it’s good to uncover a specific root cause as best we can, to stop something from reoccurring. But sometimes we end up pointing fingers and blaming everyone like we are a victim—which lowers our vibration. Usually, there are a lot of factors that contribute to our troubles which make it confusing to solve.
If we focus too long on the causes, we can get so stressed out that we make the problems worse. To bring ourselves back to a peaceful state, I like to remind myself to play the game of balancing out each moment. For example, if you feel hot, you can find some possible sources pretty easily: you drank a heating drink, the indoor temperature was too high. It’s pretty easy to take action: we might drink some cooling water, turn off the heaters, open the windows, change our clothing or go to a cooler area. Solved. Even if there is an underlying fever that we didn’t realize, these solutions would all help the body move through the fever. This example of balancing out a situation can be applied in every single area of our lives.
By balancing out each moment, we help solve bigger problems in our relationships, health, homes, finances, business, community, government…everything! Instead of seeing breakdowns in systems as a frustration, we can see each system breakdown as normal. Our job is to tend to the balance. If we can serve the energy of balance like it’s a way of life, we can appreciate what we do with our time all day long. Instead of interpreting “putting out fires” as hassles that interrupt our lives, we can take them on as the greatest work. What if it is our job to create balance everywhere we go? What if it is our job to have the insight to notice the imbalance and immediately right it with the opposite energy, balancing everyone and everything, everywhere we go?
We ask that the group wave this week smooth out our energy. We ask that we ride the ups and downs of life more gracefully. We ask that this Wednesday. we get swept into a current of rolling through life with more purpose. We ask that our energy balance rooms, people, and situations. We ask the Angels to balance our own energy in our body.
Lift our spirits to the Divine Light.
Ground our energy circuits.
Calm our fears.
Relax our nervous system.
Re-build our energetic protection.
Re-fuel us with vibrant light.
Pour joy into our hearts.
Clear our inner knowing.
Amen.
