THURSDAY FOLLOW UP WAVE: 10:29 – 11:31 a.m. PDT
This wave was amazing!!
I instantly became clear liquid light—a carry over from yesterday’s waves.
My hands were like clear liquid pouring energy into your names on the paper!
I disappeared into God’s presence. I became the Universe.
I wish I could hold this and be like this when I am visiting family and friends. I ask for that now. May I be more peace than I am personality.
I began to glow with a blue light as I lifted up trauma from the group. I released the terrifying images we are getting from the news.
My neck still felt a little stiff by the end, but soft, yellow-white light was flowing through it. I ask the Angels to help my muscles match the frequency of the Light. I will also add in some practical stretching today to let the Light move through even more.
By the end of this wave, my head was filled with blue sky. If we stay with it long enough, the body does give way to the Light.
All of this expansion and magic that I embodied, poured into your names the entire hour. Let me know if you felt it!
FRIDAY FOLLOW UP WAVE: 9:12 – 10:14 a.m. PDT
I became the Light for this one.
I have learned to quickly embody the Light by dissolving into it and expanding my energy field to encompass all of you.
I lifted up your concerns one by one as they filtered through. Some were government and global worries, some were friend and family disagreements. The Light washes all of this away to reset us so that we can think and act clearly each moment.
If you ever wish the feeling of Light last longer, trust that much of it does. You can tell by how people react to you out in the world. If magical interactions happen, you are in the flow.
If you feel like you want to feel the Light more in your body and emotions, you may have to return again for a few minutes at a time throughout the day like I do. Here are a couple of tips that I use:
If a great song comes on on my playlist, I will stand up, sway, and lift my arms in praise. If I’m listening to someone talk who is boring me, I will use the opportunity to tune into my breath or nature around me to become one with it.
