Hello, Everyone!
Some words about the wave today:
The first wave was from 10:13 – 11:02 a.m. PST. In this one, I was reminded that we are made of light and we serve the Light. Our yearning for help from the Divine and to feel the divine comfort, connects us into it with an energy cord of light. When we are this connected, the miracles happen around us
My miracle for the day: I have been so busy that I forgot that I had wanted to book an airbnb for this weekend. Today, a neighbor across the street told me that he has to go on an unexpected weekend trip and asked me if I could please watch his dogs. I said sure, if I can stay in your airbnb on the first floor? It’s a deal.
Also in this wave, I could sense what if feels like to be made of light. We often noice our personality in our interactions, but today’s focus was on our pure light from within. The end of this wave felt like immense love, passion, and the desire to commune with the Light.
The second Wave was from: 12:42 – 1:42 p.m PST–an exact hour on the dot. The focus was on opening up our breath so that it moves the energy through us more easily. I could feel creative, productive energy in this one, like we were planning, praying, manifesting and getting clear on the next actions to take.
In the third Wave from 2:56 – 3:50 p.m. PST, I could see our tension soften in the fascia, or connective tissue, of the body. This loosening made room for colorful light to flow through. I could feel the trust that all of our needs are being met and that we are loved by the Divine. Like the last wave, I could also feel the inspiring energy of creative ideas and action.
The light is received differently for everyone, but for me, I made a whole list of cool ideas today to act on one by one. I get my ideas from the flow of divine light and then use my grounding energy to act on them all. This download of insight makes for a very productive and creative life!
